Mark, I check your site often so that I can see if you are back up to speed with your blog and podcasts (which I have missed since you took the other cheffing job), but was I ever shocked to hear my name and you saying such nice things about me and my little fledgling site. I am so happy that you introduced me to blogging and it really has opened up a whole new world to me. I can't thank you enough! I am glad that teaching ServSafe has left a lasting impression on you and then you are able to help others with issues about food sanitation.

I have missed your writings and the podcasts. They are both part of my continuing education! Thank you for being such a good friend and a wonderful conduit of information!
