Thanks, Harry! Welcome to the podcast. Gotta love those Hatch Chiles. You know, growing up, I that's all I knew. We just ate New Mexico chiles all the time. Now that I use a hig variety of chiles, there is still nothing like our home grown Hatch chiles!
