Hey, Mark. I just finished listening to your podcast with Kate Zuckerman. So entertaining and informative. Coincidentally, regarding the listener who snatched a case of Hatch chiles: I saw another article today on Chilefire.com that was about the very same thing. Thanks, Harry! Welcome to the podcast. Gotta love those Hatch Chiles. You know, growing up, I that's all I knew. We just ate New Mexico chiles all the time. Now that I use a hig variety of chiles, there is still nothing like our home grown Hatch chiles!
