Special Birthday Tasting dinner
I'm preparing a special 9 course tasting menu tonight for a client's birthday party. It's a formal sit-down dinner for 8, with wines from the client's own wine cellar. Some of the refcipes can be found on The Gilded Fork. Here is the menu:
